What we diagnose mobile

Most "something feels wrong" calls are 1 or 2 sensors, an electrical issue, or a wear part — and we can confirm it where the car is.

  • Check engine light (steady or flashing)
  • Misfire codes & rough idle
  • Oxygen sensor / catalytic converter codes
  • EVAP / emissions codes
  • ABS & traction control warning lights
  • Battery / charging system warnings
  • Sensor failures (MAF, MAP, IAT, coolant temp)
  • Electrical: power windows, lights, accessories
  • Live-data analysis under load
  • Honest "is this worth fixing?" advice on older vehicles

1

Send us the details

"Check engine light flashing, car shakes at idle." That kind of detail saves time and gets you a quote faster.

2

We come to the car

Scan tool, multimeter, smoke tester, and the common parts on board. We can usually fix common issues on the same visit.

3

You get a real plan

You hear what's wrong, what it costs, and what your options are. If a shop is the right call, we'll tell you straight.

Don't let a warning light sit.

Most diagnoses turn into a same-day fix.

Diagnostics FAQ

What does mobile diagnostics cost?

Flat diagnostic fee for showing up and testing. If you book the repair with us, the fee is rolled into the job. Call or text with your address for the number.

Do you charge if you can't fix it on-site?

You pay for the diagnostic and our trip out. If the fix needs a shop, we explain exactly what's wrong so you can make an informed call about next steps.

My check engine light is on but the car drives fine — should I worry?

Steady CEL: not urgent, but ignoring it for months can mean a $40 sensor becomes a $1,200 cat converter. Flashing CEL: urgent — stop driving and call us.

Can you clear my codes so I can pass emissions?

We can clear codes, but most cars need to complete a "drive cycle" before emissions testing will pass. We'll tell you what's possible and what isn't.

Do you work on European cars?

Most makes, including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW. Some specialty diagnostics need a dealer tool — we'll tell you up front.
